Antique uncolored print of Troy, New York, by Charles Magnus, c. 1850. Shows a bird's eye view as seen from atop a hilly area overlooking the city. This is the first image in the series and it features figures in the foreground and the Hudson River visible in the distance. Very good condition with a few light spots and light toning at paper edges. Printed image is approx. 5 x 7.75 inches and sheet size is approx. 10.75 x 8.25 inches. This may have been special letterhead paper.
