Antique map of part of the west coast of the US, part of a 3 sheet set, by the US Coast Survey, 1851. This map covers the coast from the Columbia River to the Coos River (spelled Kowes on this map) and includes Killamook Head, Cape Lookout, Cape Foulweather, the Umpquah River, and Cape Arago. With sailing directions. Very good restored condition - cleaned and backed on light-weight paper. Some signs of age still visible, including small spots and the original folds. Approx. 19.5 x 17.5 inches to the neatline.
