Includes Nimes. Surrounded by exquisitely detailed engraved illustrations and vignettes, as well as statistical and general information. Original hand-coloring. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning, some tiny spots, and some minor edge wear. Measures approximately 11.5" x 16.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
Gard is a department in Southern France, located in the region of Occitanie. The major communes are Nimes, Ales, Bagnols-sur-Ceze, Beaucaire, Saint-Gilles, Villeneuve-les-Avignon, Vauvert , and Pont-Saint-Esprit.
