Antique map of the Department of Eure-et-Loir, France, from the Atlas National Illustre des 86 Departments et des Possessions de la France, Divise par Arrondissements, Cantons et Communea, by Levasseur, 1854. Surrounded by exquisitely detailed engraved illustrations and vignettes depicting the region's commerce and notable figures of the time, as well as statistical and general information. Good overall antique condition, with some minor spots and stains consistent with age. Measures approx. 11 x 16 inches to the neatline.
