Framed antique engraving of a bird's eye view of Boston, from Ballou's Pictorial Drawing-Room Companion (formerly Gleason's), the headquarters of which can be seen at the center of the image. View is from the perspective of corner of Beacon and Park Streets, including views of Boston Common, Granary Burying Ground, and Cathedral Church of St. Paul. Very good condition overall with minor signs of wear. Frame is in fair condition with signs of wear, including some small chips, but could be hung as it is. Measures approx. 14 x 20.5 inches. Overall size with the frame is approx. 17.5 x 24.5 inches to the outer frame edges. Can be shipped unframed for lower shipping cost (map price remains the same).
