Genuine Antique Engraved Illustration

1872

Maker: Picturesque America.

Antique double-sided page with prints showing two views near Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Both images are on a page with surrounding text. Very good antique condition with some mild foxing of the paper. From William Cullen Bryant's classic 1872 work, "Picturesque America." Each image measures approximately 4.5" x 9.25". Could be hand-colored by our professional colorist for an additional cost. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire effect- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
