Antique hand-colored double-sided page of maps from Beers' Atlas of Rensselaer County, N.Y. by F.W. Beers & Co, 1876. The Centerfold map is the town of Nassau with inset maps of Hoags Corners, Alps, and Dunham Hollow. Versos are the center of Nassau on one side and three maps of parts of Stephentown on the other side. Includes streets, public buildings, parks, bodies of water, and property owners names. Good condition with a few minor spots/stains/foxing, some slight image transfer, some stains at the paper edges. Centerfold map measures approx. 14.25 x 22 inches to the border and verso maps measure approx. 14.25 x 11 inches to the neatline.
