Antique double-sided, printed color map of New York City, published as a folding map by Rand, McNally, & Co. in 1895. On one side is a guide to the city including railroads, steamers, hotels, public buildings, prominent institutions, clubs, places of amusement, churches, ferries, office buildings, elevated railroads and surface car lines. On the other side is a map of the larger city area with street car lines and an inset map of the business portion of New York City on an enlarged scale. Good condition with folds as issued, some tiny separations at the fold intersections, some minor toning at the paper edges, some slight wrinkling/creasing, and some loss at one side in the margin. Measures approximately 26" x 19" to the neatline.
