Antique printed color map of New York City, Brooklyn, and the Bronx with the surrounding areas. Published in 1909 by C. S. Hammond & Company. Includes the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Central Park, other important public buildings and areas, and a red ferry line that travels around Manhattan and through Long Island Sound, presumably towards Boston. Map is in good to very good antique condition, with some small repaired separations at the fold intersections. This map was issued as a folding or pocket map and it retains the folds it had when issued. It is still attached to its original paper cover, which can be folded back for framing. Approx. 17 x 21.5 inches to the neatline.
