Antique printed color map of Long Island, by Williams Map & Guide Co., first published in 1912 and revised in 1916. This map is double-sided with the Eastern Part of Long Island on one side, and the Western Part of Long Island on the other side (there is tape on this side). Shows towns, villages, railroads, automobile roads, carriage roads, suburban electric lines, life saving stations (L.S.S.), lighthouses, ferry routes, parks, and more. Poor to fair condition with some separations at the fold intersections and some toning along the folds. Vertical center fold near complete separation has been repaired with archival tape. Printed on light-weight paper with the printing on the back side showing through slightly. Fragile. As-is. Measures approx. 16.5 x 31.5 inches to the neatline.
