Antique folding pictorial map of Lake Winnipesaukee, NH, New Hampshire, c. 1940s by the New England Map Co. This map of the lake shows islands, buoys, roads, ferries, and more. A list of speed limit areas ranges from 6mph to 12mph. Illustrations of leisure activities throughout and a guide to the fish at top. At bottom a view shows the mountains of New Hampshire with the lake in the foreground. This map comes with its original attached booklet, which can be folded back and hidden when framing, or removed. With folds as issued. Measures approx. 18.5 x 22 inches to the paper edges, not including the booklet cover. Good to very good condition with wear and toning along the fold lines at at paper edges. Some small tears.
