Antique printed color pictorial map of Mount Desert Island and vicinity by L.S. Phillips, 1932. Shows town lines, the area of the Acadia National Park, early settlements, and more. The inset map at the lower right is a reproduction of Champlain's map of the area with text. A decorative cartouche featuring a map of the Western Hemisphere and a view of Fernald's Point from Flying Mountain. Good overall antique condition with stains at top in the margin and somewhat into the paper. Price as-is. Measures approx. 19 x 24 inches to the outer border lines. **SOLD**
