Antique hand-colored engraved map of Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, showing the positions of fleets and troops of the American  and British Armies during the Revolutionary War, from the atlas to accompany Marshall's "Life of Washington," published c. 1832. Shows locations of French and British naval fleets and vessels. Center fold as issued in book. Very good condition with some minor staining along the fold from the binding. Measures approx. 9 x 6 inches.
