Genuine Antique Printed Color Pictorial Map

1939

Maker: Robert Ball / Williamsburg Restoration, Inc..

Antique printed color pictorial map of part of Virginia, designed by Robert Ball, published by the Williamsburg Restoration, Inc. in 1939. This map features historical information surrounding the early settlements in Virginia up to the Revolutionary War. With illustrations throughout. Decorative cartouche features colonial era soldiers. Very good condition overall. The paper has some waviness to it that would be difficult to erradicate without dry mounting, which we generally do not recommend for antiques. Measures approx. 18 x 24 inches to the neatline. **SOLD**
