Antique map from A Grammar of General Geography for the use of Schools and Young Persons… by Rev. J. Goldsmith, engraved by Sidney Hall and published by Longman, Rees, Orme, Brown, and Green, c. 1829. This map shows the continent of Africa. There is an area labeled Regions Unexplored, no sign of Lake Victoria, and the Mountains of the Moon are labeled. Very good antique condition with folds as issued, very slight image transfer, small tear and tight margin on right side. Measures approx. 6 x 6.75 inches to the neatline.
