Antique map of the North Eastern region of Africa from The Times Atlas, published by "The Times" in 1900. This map puts a focus on the north eastern region of Africa, including Libya, Sudan, Egypt, Abyssinia, Eritrea, Congo State, and Somalia. A small inset map is included, showing the eastern-most region of the Horn of Africa and also providing a color coded key denoting European Posession (where applicable, of the countries included in the map.) Includes the notable cities of Tripoli, Barca, Cairo, Alexandria, Khartum, Addis Adaba, among others. Good antique condition, with minor foxing in the margins and some light staining. Original printed color. Measures approximately 14.5 inches by 18.5 inches, as measured to the neatline.
