Antique printed color map showing the "Plan of the Excavations of Olympia," the Altis or Sanctuary of Ancient Greece, and the original site of the Olympic Games. Written in German, by Meyers, c. 1895. Shows the site plan with the general layout of the area, topographical details, some modern buildings/details (Bronze Museum,) and labels the Temple of Hera, the Temple of Zeus, the Altar to Zeus, etc. Very good overall antique condition with some mild foxing/staining at the outer edges. Measures approximately 4.75" x 7.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
