Antique map of China by Thomas Kitchin, circa 1782. From Millar's New and Universal System of Geography. Includes Tibet, Taiwan, and Korea. Shows some topography, cities, harbors, and more. Decorative cartouche. An explanation in the lower left translates some of the words. With folds as issued. Good antique condition with some archivally repaired tears at the edges, some paper loss in the lower right, some mild creases and tiny spots. Measures approx. 15 x 13.5 inches to the neatline.
