Antique folding map dated 1905 produced by Murphy. This visually pleasing stunning map clearly shows each major town on Cape Cod, local topography, detailed shoreline, and many ponds. This map is pre-Cape Cod Canal and shows a dotted line where the proposed canal would be, as well as a line of ships that (without the canal ) are forced to travel all the way around the Cape. Fair to good overall antique condition with folds as issued, some seam separations and a previous owner "repaired" the separations with postage stickers. Can be restored for an additional cost. Measures approx. 17" x 27" to the neatline. With original booklet attached. Priced as-is. **SOLD**
