Antique print showing a view from the harbor during the Great Fire in Boston, Massachusetts in 1872 by Currier & Ives. The description under the image reads "The Fire began on Saturday evening and raged for 15 hours; destroying over Sixy Acres of Buildings, among which were whole blocks of the finest Granite Stores on the continent, and property estimated at nearly $100,000,000." Fair to good antique condition, mounted on a board with some tiny spots. Measures approx. 13 x 16 inches to the paper edges.
