New Jersey Coast Atlas hand colored Land Association map, situated in Wall TP, Monmouth County, showing new subdivision of properties of Spring Lake just north of the Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club and including the location of the modern hotel The Breakers on the Ocean, with adjoining edge of Spring Lake Beach Association and inset map of New Jersey. Spring Lake was established in the 1890s, so this map predates the creation of the town. Measures approximately 12" x 21", very good condition with one smudge spot on lower left side.
