Antique railroad map showing the Grand Trunk Railway of Canada. This was printed by American Bank Note Co. and published in a railroad travel booklet in 1890 by the Daily Times Printing and Publishing House. This map shows the railroad and its connections and the text seems to be directed at residents of Chicago and Detroit who might be travelling East on vacation to visit the Thousand Islands area or New England. Inset map of the rest of the country shows railroad routes from Chicago to the West. Very good antique condition with folds as issued. Original printed color. Some minor wear along the folds and tiny separations at the fold intersections. Measures approx. 10.75 x 12 inches to the neatline.
