This is a high quality reproduction of a rare blue back chart called: Caribbee or West India Islands from Porto-Rico (Puerto Rico) to Trinidad, Inclusive with the Coasts of the Spanish Main, Thence to Guayra by Churruca and Fidalgo, Captains in the Spanish Navy. Excellent detailed drawings of the West Indies with insets of Sir Francis Drakes Channel including Tortola, St. John's, Virgin Islands, St. George Harbour, and Boca Grande. Two recognition profiles. Originally produced in 1827 and updated to 1835. This piece measures approximately 39" x 28". Measured to the edges of the printed area. Paper may be larger but can be trimmed as needed.
