Antique uncolored map of the eastern coast of Egypt, focusing on the Nile River, with an inset map of the Bay of El Quseir (Baie de Kosseir.) This map is part of a multi-volume "Description of Egypt," comissioned by Napoleon, and published by Ambroise Tardieu, c. 1820. With fold, as issued. Visible plate mark. Very good overall antique condition with areas of very mild foxing. Measures approximately 13.25" x 9" to the neatline.
