Antique uncolored map of of the Island of Guadalupe (Isla Guadalupe,) located in Caribbean- the Lesser Antilles, one of the Leeward Islands- showing topographical details. This map is part of a multi-volume "Description of Egypt," comissioned by Napoleon, and published by Ambroise Tardieu, c. 1820. With folds, as issued. Visible plate mark. Very good overall antique condition with areas of very mild foxing, as well as some creasing of the paper. Measures approximately 14.5" x 18" to the neatline.
