Antique uncolored chart of part of Nova Scotia, by De Chabert, 1753. This map shows the area near Cape Sable Island at the southern part of Nova Scotia. The compass rose shows that north is directly up in this chart. Good restored condition with some small minor stains and wear. This chart has been archivally restored- cleaned, deacidified, and backed with light-weight tissue for strength. Approx. 6.25 x 12.75 inches to the outer border lines (including the title text).
