Weiss, Sec'y. Illinois State Board of Charities. Left is males and right is females. Circle charts at bottom show the increase in blind people between the years 1860 and 1870. Very good condition with some minor stains, mostly in the margin. Measures 13 x 19.5 inches to the neatline.
