This map depicts parts of wards 7 and 8, including Beacon St, Commonwealth Ave, Newbury St, Boylston St, and Hemenway St. Interesting landmarks include the Charles River, Charlesgate and Back Bay fens areas, the Fenway Studios, the Harvard Club of Boston, areas that would someday become part of Berkeley College of Music , churches, schools, hotels, businesses, the rail road and subway, and homes with property owners' names. Very good overall antique condition with light toning outside border. Approx. 22 x 33 inches
