This map depicts parts of wards 16, 18 and 19, including Blue Hill Ave, Elm Hill Ave, and Seaver St. Interesting landmarks include the Boston Elevated Railway Co, a large Nursery, the Boulevard Stable, the Scollay, and the Seaver, as well as churches, schools, hotels, businesses, and land and homes with property owners' names. Very good overall antique condition with light toning outside border. Approx. 22 x 31 inches
