This map depicts parts of wards 16 and 17, including Blue Hill Ave, Warren St, Dale St, and Waverly St. Interesting landmarks include Kensington park, the Roxbury Home for Aged Women, a large property that included a Page's Stable, and the New England Tel & Tel Co, as well as churches, schools, hotels, businesses, and land and homes with property owners' names. Very good overall antique condition with light toning outside border. Approx. 22 x 31 inches
