Antique steel-plate engraving print of the City of Detroit, Michigan, by Appleton, from Picturesque America, image is 9"w x 5 1/2" h, page is 12 1/2"w x 9". Very good overall antique condition, outer margin has some water stains on left margin. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
