Maker: Stadley.

Antique map of part of Somerville, MA, from the Atlas of Middlesex County Vol 1, published by Geo. W. Stadley & Co., 1900. Includes the Assembly Square area (which was undeveloped at this time), and Broadway Park (which is now Foss Park). Wards are delineated in green, buildings are colored by type. Some businesses and property owners are labeled, but most are numbered with a list of property owners printed by street on reverse side of the pages. Shows roads, railroads, bodies of water, public spaces, etc. Fair to good condition with minor surface soil, wrinkles, mild folds, and overall toning that is darker at the paper edges. Note the minor damage at bottom corners. Some pencil marks with updates. Should look nice when framed- some signs of age will still be visible. Price is adjusted for condition. Measures approx. 21.5 x 31.5 inches to the paper edges.
