Antique map from the Property Atlas of "Lower" Fairfield County Connecticut, Volume One, published by the Franklin Survey Company, 1938. This map shows part of Stamford CT including the Cove, with Cummings Park, Wescott Cove, Cove Island, Vincent Island, Greenway Island (Caritas Island on the map), and Holly Pond. Includes roads, railroads, housing developments, and some property owners names. Vibrant original color. Leather tab on left side of page could be removed or hidden for framing. Good antique condition with minor signs of age, such as small, mild stains, some minor damage at the paper edges. Measures approx. 21 x 31 inches to the neatline.
