Charming antique map of Lake Champlain, in French and English, showing landowners and landmarks including the Fort la Reine, now Ticonderoga, Lake George, and the "Orange or Hudsons River, by which on may go in five hour to Albany being not further than fifteen league, Albany lies on the Banks of the River has a swift stream and is very pretty." From the Documentary History of the State of New York, 1850. Overall very good antique condition with folds as issued, some minor ink smudges, and some small minor spots. Measures approximately 12.5 x 13.25 inches.
