Antique hand colored map of Dakota Territory, now North Dakota and South Dakota, by Bradley, published in 1884. Dakota Territory was established in 1861 and North and South Dakota were admitted to the Union on November 2, 1889, as the 39th and 40th states. Map is colored by county and shows topographical detail and railroads. Good overall antique condition with some mild toning and roughing of the outer edges, as well as a few spots of paper loss towards the top of the map. Measures approximately 14" x 11.5" to the neatline.
