Antique hand-colored map of Hampshire, a county in South East England on the coast of the English Channel, by Robert Morden, first published in 1695 and again in 1722. This map is undated and it is unclear in which edition of Camden's "Britannia: Or a Chorographical Description of Great Britain and Ireland Together with the Adjacent Islands..." this map was published. It shows towns, villages, country estates, roads, and more. Topographic information is depicted pictorially. Elegant hand coloring and a handsome cartouche. Fair to good antique condition with notable toning. Folds as issued. Measures approx. 14 x 16.5 inches to the neatline.
