Maker: The Ohman Co.

Map of the United States with adjoining parts of Mexico and Canada by the Ohman Company, 1942. Shows topography in relief, elevation in color, as well as cities, capitals, and railroads. At top are illustrations showing moments in the history of the United States from Columbus' arrival in the Americas to World War 2. On back is the 1940 census. Fair to good condition with original printed color. Some damage, stains, and slight paper loss at the edges. This map is attached to slim metal rods at top and bottom. It has a strong curl from being rolled for many years, but should flatten with time. Measures approx. 29 x 36 inches to the paper edges.
