Antique hand colored map of Denmark. Engraved by J Dower. From A Descriptive Atlas of Astronomy and of Physical and Political Geography by the Rev. Thomas Milner, maps by Augustus Petermann, and published by William S. Orr & Co, 1850. Includes inset maps of Iceland, Bornholm, and the Faeroe Islands, and sections from all of those locations to show the topography. Very good condition with some minor signs of age, such as spots, toning, and mild image transfer. Page measures approx. 9.25 x 12 inches.
