Antique printed color map showing the movement of various points after the earthquakes of 1868 and 1906. The rest of the title is: "As revealed by the displacement of the triangulation stations of the Coast and Geodetic Survey, as determined by re-survey of 1906-07. The map shows four parts of California- Point Arena and Vicinity, Fort Ross and Vicinity, Tomales Bay, and Colma and Vicinity aka San Francisco area. The surveyors used triangulation with points on the opposite side of the fault lines to discover the movement of the earth. On light weight paper. Very good antique condition with folds as issued and minor paper loss at edges. Approx. 18 x 15.5 inches **SOLD**
