Antique hand colored map of the US, published by Fayard in the "Atlas Universel," 1877. Shows railroad lines, colored by state. The Dakotas had not split yet, Oklahoma is still Indian Territory, and West Virginia is part of Virginia. Map is written in French and includes topographical detail. Good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, and some minor foxing in the margins. Print is somewhat weak. Measures approximately 10.25" x 7.75" to the neatline.
