Fair antique condition with a complete separation along the left vertical fold (lightly repaired with archival tape in two small places), light overall toning, tight margins. Fragile but a professional framer can frame this map easily and it should look fine. Measures approx. 7 x 9.75 inches to the neatline. Price has been reduced due to condition.
