Matted antique hand colored map of France, published by Van der Keere in a miniature pocket atlas of Speed's "A Prospect of the Most Famous Parts of the World," c. 1665. Map includes illustrated topographical detail. Visible plate mark. Good to very good overall antique condition with some toning and roughing of the antique paper, as well as some minor image overlay. Map measures approximately 3.5" x 5" (H x W) to the neatline. Matted with a dark green mat, to measure approx. 10.75" x 12.25" overall.
