Antique hand colored map of France, published by J.W. Lowry in the Weekly Dispatch Atlas, c. 1860. Features an inset map of France "as formerly divided into provinces." Includes topographical detail, existing railroads, and railways in construction at the time of publication. With fold, as issued. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout and some minor staining/foxing (mainly at the outer edges.) Measures approximately 17" x 23.5" to the neatline.
