This colored antique map was published in Letts's 1883 Popular Atlas, Being a Series of Maps Delineating the Whole Surface of the Globe, with Many Special and Original Features. This map shows Southern France, including an inset of the Alpes Maritimes. Showing major points of interest and geological features, it measures approximately 15.5 x 14 inches and is in good antique condition with some toning and foxing and discoloration at center fold. Tables show the value of the total imports of merchandise from and to France and the British Isles and the value of principal articles imported from France to the British Isles.
