Migeon's "Geographie Universelle," 1884, one of the last hand colored atlases, showing "Gaule Independante et Romaine" ("Indpendent and Roman Gaul"), divided into 17 provinces, with place names in Latin, and including an inset of ancient Paris ("Lutece"), its Roman baths and a fine engraved vignette of a tomb, or dolmen, therein; includes accompanying narrative pages. Very good overall antique condition, measures 11 x 15 inches.
