Antique hand colored print of a species of eel (Gymnotus fasciatus- possibly a species of Naked-back Knifefish.) Very good condition with some mild toning of the antique paper. Published in Sir William Jardine's "Naturalist's Library", 1834. Page measures approximately 4.25" x 6.75".
