This celestial map is from the Astronomischer Bilder Atlas, by Wilhelm Nitzschke, Stuttgart, 1851. Title translation: The Central-sun and the View of the fixed stars. This is a hold-to-light version of CEL016. When held up to a light or a window, the sun and six stars shine through holes punched in main sheet. Backed with yellow parchment. Very good condition, with overall toning and mark at upper right corner. 11.25 x 8 inches.
