Antique hand colored map of the German Confederation, by Johnson, 1865. Features a decorative border. Includes topographical detail, as well as a reference of constituent states within the German Confederation. With fold, as issued. Fair to Good overall antique condition with mild toning throughtout, minor image overlay, mild tearing at the outer edges (which have been repaired using archival tape,) and some staining at the left side. Measures approximately 23" x 16.75" to the outer edges of the decorative border.
