Antique printed color map of Long Island, New York, reproduced from the original painting by Ernest Clegg, published by the Country Life Magazine, 1925. Map was designed to look like an ancient map, with a decorative cartouche, compass rose, and pictorial illustrations around the map, as well as ships and sea monsters. Includes a small paragraph of text below the map. Good to very good overall antique condition, with some very mild toning/wrinkling of the paper and minor roughing of the outer edges. Measures approximately 7.5" x 10.25" (H x W) to the neatline. **SOLD**
