Antique map from the Atlas of the City of Worcester Massachusetts published by G.M. Hopkins, 1886. Shows part of the city including Highland St., Salisbury St., Burncoat St., Lincoln St. and W. Boylston St. with Salisbury Pond, Northville, North Pond, and Fairmount. Also includes the Worcester County Free Institute of Industrial Science, now known as Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). With roads, railroads, businesses, and buildings with property owners' names. A key explains the colors and symbols. Good antique condition with some light water stains and some tears at the paper edges. Measures approx. 16.25 x 26 inches to the neatline.
